एमएसएमई-विकास कार्यालय, रायपुर, कार्यालय विकास आयुक्त (एमएसएमई), एमएसएमई मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली के अधीन कार्यरत है, जिसकी स्थापना वर्ष 1976 में एक शाखा कार्यालय के रूप में की गई थी, जो कि तकनीकी-आर्थिक और प्रबंधकीय परामर्श सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की एमएसएमई क्षेत्र की जरूरतों का ख्याल रखती है । पूरे देश में सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों के प्रचार और विकास के लिए बनाई गई नीतियों और कार्यक्रमों को तैयार करने, समन्वय व निगरानी करने के लिए एमएसएमई मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अधीन एमएसएमई-विकास संगठन एक शासकीय निकाय के साथ-साथ नोडल एजेंसी भी है ।

भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के बढ़ते वैश्वीकरण के परिणामस्वरूप, एमएसएमई क्षेत्र को नई चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। कार्यालय विकास आयुक्त (एमएसएमई) इस बदले हुए परिवेश में एमएसएमई को ऋण, विपणन, प्रौद्योगिकी और बुनियादी ढांचे के क्षेत्र में सहायता प्रदान करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है। वैश्विक प्रवृत्तियों और राष्ट्रीय विकास ने देश में एमएसएमई क्षेत्र के विकास में प्रेरक के रूप में कार्यालय विकास आयुक्त (एमएसएमई) की भूमिका को बढ़ा दिया है।

एमएसएमई-विकास कार्यालय, रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में तकनीकी-प्रबंधकीय सेवाओं, प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं, सामान्य सुविधा कार्यशाला, प्रयोगशालाओं, सांख्यिकीय और आर्थिक जानकारी जैसी सुविधाएँ व सेवाएँ प्रदान कर रहा है। एमएसएमई-विकास कार्यालय, रायपुर भावी और मौजूदा उद्यमियों को विभिन्न परामर्श और सेवाओं के अलावा, उद्यमशीलता, तकनीकी और प्रबंधकीय क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित करता है । हमारे कार्यालय द्वारा मौजूदा एमएसएमई इकाइयों के साथ साथ आकांक्षी व संभावित उद्यमियों को सेवाएं प्रदाय की जाती हैं ।

एमएसएमई-विकास कार्यालय, रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के उद्योग विभाग तथा एमएसएमई के विकास में शामिल अन्य एजेंसियों के साथ संबंध रखते हुए राज्य में एमएसएमई मंत्रालय की विभिन्न योजनाओं का कार्यान्वयन एवं समन्वयन का कार्य करता है ।

MSME Development & Facilitation Office (MSME - DFOs) Raipur is the field office under Office of Development Commissioner (MSME), Ministry of MSME, Government of India, established as branch of SISI Indore in the year 1976, to take care of the needs of MSME sector in the State of Chhattisgarh in the area of Techno-economic and managerial consultancy services. MSME-Development Organization, headed by the Development Commissioner (MSME) under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, is an Govt. body as well as the Nodal Agency for formulating, coordinating and monitoring the policies and programmes meant for promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises throughout the country.

Consequent to the increased globalization of the Indian economy, MSMEs are required to face new challenges. Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME) has recognized the changed environment and is currently focusing on providing support in the fields of credit, marketing, technology and infrastructure to MSMEs. Global trends and national developments have accentuated Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME)'s role as a catalyst of growth of MSMEs in the country.

The MSME – Development & Facilitation Office, Chhattisgarh is providing a comprehensive range of facilities and services such as techno-managerial services, training needs, common facility workshop, laboratories, statistical and economic information in the state of Chhattisgarh.. We offer spectrum of value added services in the areas of entrepreneurship, Managerial and Techno-economic related services to the customers / MSME. Apart from offering various consultancy and support services, the Institute also conducts Entrepreneurial, Technical and Managerial training programmes for the benefit of prospective and existing entrepreneurs. Our clients are existing Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs and aspiring/ prospective entrepreneurs.
